1. Conscious of what others think.
If you make your decisions on what people think about you, it is a sign of weakness. If you’re having a habit of worrying about the opinions of others about your character, I have great news: No person is contemplating your image. People are so absorbed in their lives that they don’t have time to pour much thought into yours.
2. Saying i am “STUCK”.
There are times when we face obstacles, but there’s nearly always a way to get around them. If you can’t think of a solution, it’s just a matter of looking at things from a different angle. It’s all in your attitude. Are you going to become the victim of circumstances, or do you want to take control and become empowered?
3. Making excuses instead of taking responsibility.
The temptation is to blame others for our problems. You have the option of appreciating your home and health instead of feeling resentful towards those that have more. You have the option of going forward instead of surrendering. Responsibility means getting back control of your power.
4. Aim for perfection.
The pursuit of perfection is an unnecessary waste of time and energy. Nobody has the same idea of perfection so that you could be the best version of yourself, but there are people out there who feel that you’re insufficient. Instead of trying to be perfect, be focused on being the best you can be. This is all you’re capable of doing. You can tell yourself, “I’m doing the best I can at this moment, and I only fail when I don’t try.”
5. Thinking rather than acting.
Do you have more time pondering to accomplish an activity than it will be required to take it on? If that you’ve wished to complete for some time, do it now or put it on your calendar now and put aside the time and energy you spend in it.
6. The comparison.
The effects of comparison can be devastating to your life. Even if you do have a positive experience, your achievements will not be as satisfying. There will inevitably be people in “better” circumstances than you. Remember that we are all humans. Nobody is perfect.
7. Being procrastinating.
Procrastination can be the culprit in stealing time. You can catch him. You could also set the alarm on your phone for 15 minutes and commit to completing your task until it’s gone. It’s likely that just beginning gives you momentum and will make it easier to stick with it for a longer time.
